Set up the CAM computer

Observe the following sequence when setting up the hardware and software:

1. Workflow overview

   Get an overview of the workflows supported by Z4 . Each workflow requires a specific hardware and software configuration.

2. Connecting the machine and computers to the network

   You can connect the machine to your network via Ethernet cable or WiFi.

3. Accessing the CAM computer

   Necessary for further configuration and the 3Shape Produce and STL workflow.

4. Configuring the CAM computer

   Prepare the CAM computer The computer that is connected to your machine and which runs DentalCAM and DentalCNC. for operation.

5. Depending on the selected workflow, complete the computer setup:

   • Prepare CAD/CAM integration

   • Setting up and using 3Shape Produce workflow

   • Setting up the STL workflow
