Error code -1101 or 3101 – Error while loading the blank
This error code can occur while the machine is loading a blank from the into the working chamber.
It indicates that the blank gripper could not reach its end position to mount the blank into the blank holder.
The corresponding end switch or sensor did not send a signal.

Does the corresponding end switch or sensor now send a signal?
- Start DentalCNC.
- Open the DentalCNC Application settings. For this, select the following icon in the main icon bar:
- Open the Machine maintenance view. For this, select the following icon in the lower icon bar:
- Verify that the lower icon labeled 10 in the DG column is highlighted.

Is the travel range of the blank carriage and blank gripper blocked?
How to check this:
- Open the working chamber door.
- Check whether any objects block the carriage (marked orange) and blank gripper in the working chamber.

Was the blank which caused the error during unloading properly mounted to the blank frame?
How to check this:
- Verify that the blank was mounted to the blank frame according to the machine’s operating instructions. See ‘Operating the ’.
Can you push the release bolts in the blank holder downwards?
How to check this:
- Open the working chamber door.
- Locate the 4 release bolts (marked orange) in the blank holder.

- Push the 4 release bolts (marked orange) downwards with your finger one by one.
You need to apply much force for this.

Did the blank gripper move only a part of its travel range?
Service: Blank gripper motor – Is the pinion properly attached to the motor shaft?

It may have been a temporary issue.
- Test the :
- Mount blanks of different materials to all slots.
- If the following applies, the test is successful:
- All blanks were successfully loaded and unloaded.
- The gripper and swivel axis moved steadily and smoothly.
- The carriage and flap moved steadily and smoothly.

- Remove all objects that block the .
- Test the :
- Mount blanks of different materials to all slots.
