Exchanging the cooling liquid pump

  1. Have ready:

    • 1 x Spare cooling liquid pump

    • 1 x TX20 angle screwdriver

       

    • 1 x 10 mm wrench

       

    • 1 x Collet grease

  2. .Switch off the machine at the main power switch.

     

  3. Disconnect the machine from all lines.

  4. Remove the cooling liquid tank from the machine.

  5. Remove the left side panel.

  6. Remove the plug of the connection cable from the socket.

     

  7. Cut open the 4 cable ties that hold the suction hose in place.

  8. Pull the suction hose out of the immersion tube. Collect leaking liquid with a cloth.

     

     

  9. Disconnect the hose from the check valve.

    Collect leaking liquid with a cloth.

  10. Cut the cable tie (marked orange) that holds the cooling liquid pump in place.

  11. Pull the cooling liquid pump out of the holder and remove it from the machine.

     

     

     

     

  12. Remove the cable tie from the machine.

  13. Position the supplied cable tie behind the bracket (marked orange) of the cooling liquid pump.

  14. Pick up the spare cooling liquid pump and position it in the machine:

    1. Guide the hose connections and the connection cable through the opening on the side.

    2. Press the cooling liquid pump into the bracket until you hear a click.

  15. Fasten the cooling liquid pump with the cable tie (marked blue).

     

     

     

  16. Connect the hose to the check valve.

     

  17. Grease the suction hose with a small amount of collet grease.

  18. Insert the spare suction hose into the immersion tube up to the bulge.

     

  19. Fasten the suction hose with 4 cable ties. Make sure that the bulges of the suction hose are positioned in the recesses.

  20. Plug the cable of the cooling liquid pump into the corresponding connection in the machine.

     

     

     

  21. Assemble the machine housing.
