1. Have ready:

   1 x spare Y-axis folding bellow, with Velcro strips

   

    

   1 x Angle screwdriver TX10

   

    

2. Switch off the machine at the main power switch.

   

    

3. Disconnect the machine from all cables.

4. Remove the service cover,

    Disassembling and assembling the machine housing

5. Pull the folding bellow (marked orange) off the Velcro strips (marked blue) on the Z-axis and on the front of the machine.

   The guides of the folding bellow are hidden for better visibility.

   

    

6. Squeeze the folding bellow and remove it from its guides (marked green) at an angle.

   

    

7. Pick up the spare folding bellow and pull the two Velcro strips (marked blue) off the folding bellow. If necessary, use the Velcro strips as a replacement for defective Velcro strips in the machine, otherwise dispose of them.

   

    

8. Attach the folding bellow in the machine:

   1. Press the folding bellow (marked orange) together and insert it diagonally into its guides (marked green).

      

       

   2. Pull the folding bellow apart and press the ends onto the Velcro strips (marked blue).

      The guides of the folding bellow are hidden for better visibility.

      

       

9. Fully assemble the machine housing.
