Error code -10 – Measuring key jammed
DentalCNC aborts the job and displays the error code.

How to check this:
- Check the measuring key. Checking the measuring key
- Answer the question depending on the test result:
- If the icon is only highlighted when you press the measuring key down, select When pressed down.
- If the icon is always highlighted, select Always highlighted.
- If the icon is never highlighted, select Never highlighted.
Is the measuring key bent or otherwise damaged?
Does the measuring key show traces of oxidation and/or corrosion?
Does cleaning the measuring key solve the issue?
How to check this:

- Check if you can press the measuring key down with your finger.
