Intended use

The machine and the manufacturing software Term for the software package consisting of DentalCAM and DentalCNC. have been designed for the commercial machining of dental objects by specially trained persons. The processed objects require additional work before their use on patients.

• Only process materials that you can select in the manufacturing software Term for the software package consisting of DentalCAM and DentalCNC..
• Only use the machine in a commercial environment.
• Before creating jobs, verify if the objects being prepared may be utilized at the place of use according to local and / or national regulations or other authorized organizations or entities (e.g. professional associations, health authorities). In particular, check whether the material is approved in general and for the indication being manufactured in particular, and whether the respective indication is manufactured in accordance with the valid regulations. • For each indication and for each material, check whether you are authorized to manufacture the indication or use the material. Obtain authorization from the appropriate organization (e.g., professional associations, health authorities) as needed.

• Do not manufacture implants or parts that touch implants. These parts include parts of two-part abutments which contain the connection geometry for the implant. Do not manipulate the connection geometry of prefabricated abutments (“prefab abutments”), and check whether the connection geometry has been damaged on the finished object.

• Always use the latest version of the application that officially supports your machine.
• Before installing or operating the machine, read the documentation for the applications.
• Ensure that your CAM computer The computer that is connected to your machine and which runs DentalCAM and DentalCNC. meets all system requirements.
